This registration allows access to TechConnect World Innovation Conference, SBIR/STTR Spring Innovation Conference, Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo floor programs.

Student- Student ID Required

Must be a full-time student and show proof of student status. Postdocs are eligible for this fee. This registration allows access to TechConnect World Innovation Conference, SBIR/STTR Spring Innovation Conference, Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo floor programs.

Active Military – No Registration Fee Required

A valid military employee email is required at time of registration and military ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Reservists, National Guard, and retired military are not considered full-time active duty military personnel. DoW contractors or DoW civilians do not qualify for this fee. Email Registration@TechConnect.org for approval and a discount code for free registration. This registration allows access to TechConnect World Innovation Conference, SBIR/STTR Spring Innovation Conference, Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo floor programs.

City Government Employees - Approval Required

Must be full-time employees of U.S. or international cities, towns, or municipalities. Contractors and consultants do not qualify. Must participate in 1-1 meetings, networking, and speed dating events. All requests will be placed in PENDING status and TechConnect has final approval on granting this access.This registration allows access to TechConnect World Innovation Conference, SBIR/STTR Spring Innovation Conference, Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo floor programs.

State & County Government Leaders - Approval Required

Defined as Senior leaders (e.g., department heads, agency directors, CIOs) at state or county level. Contractors and junior-level staff do not qualify. Must be in an executive decision-making role. Must participate in 1-1 meetings, networking, and speed dating events. All requests will be placed in PENDING status and TechConnect has final approval on granting this access. This registration allows access to TechConnect World Innovation Conference, SBIR/STTR Spring Innovation Conference, Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo floor programs.

Expo Floor Only

Does not include access to networking system or program sessions. This fee is not applicable to TechConnect World Innovation Conference authors or presenters.

SBIR/STTR Workshop, Thursday, March 25, 8:30am-4:30pm

One day training includes: SBIR/STTR Overview & Phase I SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; Phase II SBIR/STTR Proposal Preparation; and Developing an Approved Accounting System. Participants may receive electronic copies of presentations and other materials provided by Training Leads. You must hold a Conference registration to attend. TechConnect is not responsible for any instructor cancellations and subsequent changes in the program.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made by February 26, 2027 will be refunded less a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations after February 26, 2027, are non-refundable.
