Hotel may charge an early departure fee of one (1) night room and tax. An early departure fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guarantee with a major credit card. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least three (3) working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number obtained.
