Stephen Hackley is currently SVP – Community Connections. In this role, Steve leads the emerging complexities of our extended digital equity investments within our markets. In addition, Steve is the integration liaison with our IE, EBB, and Lift Zone initiatives, working closely with each one of the departments that lead those efforts.
Steve brings more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles with Comcast, Continental Cable, and MediaOne. Previously, Steve served as SVP – Consumer Sales for Xfinity, leading the dedicated Sales function within the Xfinity Consumer Services business unit. In that role, he cultivated partnerships with the Regions, Divisions, and TPX to optimize our EBITDA and net customer growth across the business and created sales strategies for each segment, product, and channel.
Prior to that, Steve served as SVP and GM of Comcast Business Services in the Northeast Division; SVP of the Greater Boston Region; and held leadership roles with AT&T and Fidelity Investments.
He received his MBA from Boston College and a BA in Economics from University of Rochester.
