Mike Hagan

Mike Hagan has over 21 years of experience serving the community and is currently the Deputy Chief of the Investigation Bureau, consisting of Property Crimes, Crimes Against People, Child Crimes Unit, Special Investigations/Narcotics, Crime Scene and Victim’s Advocates. Mike has held supervisory positions in Patrol, Background Investigations, Professional Standards Unit, Traffic Division, School Resource, and our Services Bureau. He has also been one of the Commanders on the department’s Special Operations Team. Mike graduated from Weber State University with his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in 2000. He is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy #265 in 2016 and the Drug Unit Commanders Academy #78 in 2018. While not overseeing investigations, Mike has a passion for interacting with the community and working with the Frisco School District and surrounding districts to assure safe schools for staff and students through the department’s active shooter program (WILBER) he helped develop. Mike also enjoys volunteering his time with the Boys and Girls Club building relationships with the kids through interacting in various events throughout the year.
