Francesco Doddo manages the Sensors, RF and Cloud Support Team
for STMicroelectronics in North America. He joined STMicroelectronics
in 2000 working in the company R&D in Italy first and then moving into
technical marketing in Europe. He spent 3 years in Japan managing the
local competence center for sensors, power and connectivity before
moving to the USA in 2009 where he was appointed as manager of the
AME IoT Excellence Center focusing on system marketing and system
development of IoT market solutions including wearable, fitness and
Wellness applications, smart home and smart city solutions.
In his current role of Director for the Sensors, RF and Cloud
Applications team in North America, Francesco’s activities focus on
Sensors to Cloud applications and intelligence at the edge in the
perimeter of industrial and personal electronics.
Mr. Francesco received an MSEE degree from University of Messina.
