After finishing both undergraduate and graduate work at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, Adam realized early on that he wanted to be involved in government at the local level. After serving as an intern for the City's Employee Services Department during graduate school, he has since served in various positions at the City of Bloomington including as the Public Affairs Specialist for the Utilities Department, Assistant Economic Development Director, Communications Director, Deputy Mayor and now as Bloomington's Public Works Director. When not working or traveling to his kids' athletic events, Adam enjoys a round of golf, cooking great food, and spending time in the great outdoors.
