Mark Minden serves as the Executive Vice-President of Business Development of Labyrinth Smart Mobility, Inc
(LSM). He facilitates collaborations between multiple stakeholders within communities to create on going

Mr. Minden is a passionate and dedicated entrepreneur who takes pride in the St. Louis region. Mr. Minden started
Call A Cart LLC, a microtransit company, which operated in the City of St. Louis for over 12 years when he saw
the need for last mile transportation in the downtown area. Because Mr. Minden has experience in the microtransit
and smart city fields, he was able to collaborate with eCab and continues to develop expertise with LSM in solving
the last mile problem, as well as to help cities run more efficiently by implementing technology solutions.
Previously, Mr. Minden spent 8 years as a Neighborhood Improvement Specialist (NIS) within the Mayor’s Office,
a position which serves as a catalyst for bringing together the police, elected officials, government agencies, social
services, businesses, community groups and individuals to identify permanent solutions for ongoing problems. He
created the Policy Review Committee for the Neighborhood Improvement Department; this is a committee that
expedites communication and streamlines solutions in the Mayor’s Office. Through his efforts multiple programs
were implemented throughout the City of St. Louis.

Mr. Minden’s unique work experiences allowed him to facilitate vital strategic partnerships between the public and
private sectors. He desires to continue contributing to improving the quality of life in the St. Louis area for all
members of the community. Mr. Minden now serves on the board for Atlas Charter School and as the Director of
Sponsorship and Community Engagement for the St. Louis Downtown St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee and
