Patricia Austin is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in municipal engineering. She has a degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University. Patricia has been in her current role as the Administrator of the Division of Power in the Department of Public Utilities at the City of Columbus since June 2016, prior to that she held several management positions within the Department of Public Service for the City of Columbus. Patricia is working on several important initiatives at the Division of Power, a municipal electric utility with approximately 15,000 customers, including utility scale solar development, improving reliability and strengthening the work force through training.
