After that, he started working as a software architect at Goudappel Coffeng, a traffic consultancy company in the Netherlands. At Goudappel, Edwin gained in-depth knowledge of dynamic traffic modeling and traffic management. He also led the software development team as a team leader. In 2014, he started at Technolution in the Netherlands as a domain architect and product manager. His role focuses on bridging software development and domain-specific questions, while his role as product manager focuses on the development of the software suite MobiMaestro. In these roles, he is actively involved in European (e.g., Oslo, Stockholm) and US (e.g., San Francisco) innovation projects for improvements in traffic flow and prioritization.
