Before joining Cross Timbers APEX, Lori served as the State Director for Idaho’s APEX Accelerator, where she led efforts to train small businesses in government contracting, tripling the program’s reach and contributing nearly half a billion dollars annually to the state’s economy. She has also founded and led multiple charter schools nationwide, demonstrating her expertise in strategic planning, recruitment, and capacity building.
Lori holds an MBA, as well as degrees in Kinesiology-Sports Medicine and Family Psychology. Her leadership in procurement assistance has earned her national recognition, including the 2023 Becky Peterson Human Impact Award and the 2023 Economic Impact Award from NAPEX.
