Christopher Ard is a geographer and New Orleans native currently serving as the City of New Orleans’ Enterprise Data Manager and has 20+ years of service in local, state, and federal government.
As a local data expert, Chris was asked to serve as a co-chair of the National Conference on Citizenship where he has helped create a “how to” process for state and local governments to complete a new program called the Post Census Group Quarters Review (PCGQR) which will aid state and local governments in challenge population counts with the US Census.
Chris has worked for the US State Department, the National Geospatial–Intelligence Agency, FEMA, and local government always with the intent on answering that common New Orleans greeting– Where y’at?
