Teresa Lange is a Social Impact Strategist with a wealth of experience designing and leading transformative impact initiatives. Formerly a program manager at United Way Worldwide and the American Red Cross, she has mobilized multi-million dollar, cross-sector responses to pressing health and safety needs. Her most recent role at United Way Worldwide worked in partnership with Lyft and DoorDash to provide equitable transportation access during the height of the COVID-19 response. Through these bold initiatives, Teresa championed the annual provision of over 120K free rides and 500K free deliveries to support whole-person health in communities across the nation. She is passionate about working collaboratively across industries and sectors, committed to co-creating human-centered solutions, and disciplined in iterative & incremental program development. Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in both Ethics & Social Institutions and Religious Studies from UNC-Asheville and a master’s degree in Product Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University.
