Gina Neilson has over 30 years of experience planning and financing large water infrastructure programs and projects, establishing program and project management best practices, and managing all aspects of project delivery, from permitting to commissioning. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional. Gina retired from the Las Vegas Valley Water District in 2022 but soon thereafter joined the Parsons team and continues to support large infrastructure programs and promote project management best practices.
