As the Director of Civic Innovation for the City of South Bend, Madi’s portfolio includes strategic broadband expansions, in-demand technology workforce development, university and coalition relationship management, and resident assistance outreach. Before joining the City, she completed a fellowship at enFocus, Inc, a not-for-profit serving northeast Indiana that engages talent with local organizations, where she worked alongside not-for-profit organizations, healthcare entities, higher education, and local government to develop talent, optimize processes, and design technology solutions. Madi is an engineer by trade and continues to practice engineering principals through human-centered design thinking, team relations management, and project execution and delivery.
