G. Pino Porciello, MASc., MBA, P.Eng. is the Director of Product Management and Strategic
Marketing at ESCRYPT (Canada). ESCRYPT, part of the BOSCH group, is a leading global
provider of embedded cyber security which develops highly secure products and solutions
tailored to the specific requirements of automotive, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and
Smart City applications, with particular expertise in V2X security. Pino is responsible for all
strategic activities at ESCRYPT (Canada) helping drive adoption of end-end enterprise class
security for the connected vehicle, ITS, and Smart City applications. He has over 20 years
experience in embedded systems, automation, and communication systems and holds a
Bachelors and Masters Degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo,
a joint MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business,
and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. His interests lie in technology
product strategy, new product introductions, and bringing to market impactful innovation.
