Nellie is the Manager for the Lab @ DDOT, the in-house research team for the District Department of Transportation. Nellie joined DC Government in 2019 and was a founding member of the civic design team at the Lab @ DC. For over a decade, Nellie has led teams to pilot and evaluate new initiatives across sectors, from transit to housing.
