Prior to joining the City of Greensboro, Greg played a key role in modernizing the software development life cycle for a large 911 software provider, helping to improve efficiency, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration. Greg holds an associate’s degree in computer Programming from Wake Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University.
