Charlie Jones has served for more than 25 years with the City of Charlotte Department of Transportation in roles including travel demand modeling, traffic safety programming, business management and operations management. Charlie currently serves as the Deputy Director overseeing Strategic Mobility, Right of Way Management and Permitting, Vision Zero, and Transportation Planning and Design. Charlie received his master’s in urban planning from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
