Heather R. McDougall, PhD, serves as the Strategy & Innovation Senior Manager for the City of Raleigh, where she brings a curious and creative mindset to advancing public innovation. Heather has developed and led leadership and innovation programs around the world and teaches courses on leadership, social impact, and women and innovation to undergraduate and graduate audiences.
