Currently, Naman is translating this vision into action as a Bloomberg Harvard City Hall Fellow in Trenton, New Jersey. Working at the intersection of policy, technology, and design, he is reforming the city’s property sales landscape to unlock new pathways for homeownership and drive neighborhood revitalization.

In Riverside, California, he championed data stewardship frameworks to combat homelessness. Previously in India, he led capacity-building initiatives for leaders across 100 smart cities, strengthening governance in urban mobility, water security, and public health. Naman holds a master’s in urban planning from Harvard University (2024), with advanced coursework in urban policy and regional innovation from MIT, and an undergraduate degree in Architecture from IIT Roorkee, India.
