
Bonnie Locke started her career in the Wisconsin State Legislature before working for Lockheed Martin, providing IT services to state and local governments. After opening Lockheed’s Phoenix office, she returned to Wisconsin to work for the District Attorney IT Program. Bonnie became Director for Wisconsin’s first Statewide Justice Information Sharing program, coordinating information sharing across local, state, and federal organizations. This reinforced her dedication to the public sector and criminal justice community. Bonnie worked at the International Justice and Public Safety Network (Nlets) for 18 years, where she was responsible for marketing, new business, grants, training, administration, budgets and more. Through Nlets, she gained unparalleled experience in the justice and public safety information sharing space. Bonnie serves as a trusted advisor for many national and international organizations, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the Criminal Justice Information Systems Committee. Her strengths are forging strategic partnerships and building trust relationships. Bonnie has recently joined eBodyGuard as their Justice and Public Safety Counsel. Her speaking engagements have taken her all over the country, but Bonnie is proud to call Wisconsin home. When she isn’t working, she stays busy spending time with her new granddaughter, gardening, traveling and working out!
