Jon brings over 33 years of experience in digital transformation and IT innovation to his role at Dell Technologies. He previously served as Chief Customer Officer for the North Carolina Department of Information Technology and as CIO for both the Governor’s Office and the Lieutenant Governor’s Office. After retiring, Jon joined Dell Technologies as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for the Southeast, later moving to Ensono as Senior Client Engagement Executive. He also served as the Public Strategy Leader for the Carolinas at Slalom before returning to Dell Technologies.
