Andrew Hayhurst is the Senior Manager of Innovation for the City of Pittsburgh, where he leads the Civic Innovation team, Technology Project Management Office (PMO), and Business Relationship Managers. He oversees a team of ten professionals who partner with City departments to pilot, deliver, and scale technology-enabled improvements that enhance service delivery, sustainability, and resident outcomes.
Andrew previously worked at PNC Financial Services and Accenture Federal Services and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Political Science from Kansas State University.
