I have worked in Local Government Transportation for 40 years. I retired in November 2023 from the position of Director of Lee County Senior Services, Veterans Services and the County of Lee Transit System. I returned to Lee County as a part time Mobility Manager in the Administration Office to manage Compliance and Special Projects. I worked with the City of Sanford Planning Department and NC DOT to establish and design the new Micro Transit Service Buzzline - operated by the County of Lee Transit System. The City of Sanford and Lee County are the first collaboration in North Carolina to have a joint City and County system. I hold degrees in Accounting, Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Counseling.
