Sarah Ratcliffe is the Senior Vice President of Product at Passport.
Before joining Passport, Sarah served as Vice President of Product Management at Applied
Systems, the leading global provider of cloud-based insurance software. She then moved to
product management where she led and grew enterprise platform products into new
markets, developed a partner ecosystem and launched new products.
Sarah is a strategic product leader who is passionate about developing products that
encourage diversity, create impact and drive equity. As the SVP of Product at Passport,
Sarah ensures the company meets the needs of its customers and owns the product
growth strategy.
Sarah holds a graduate degree in Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School. She
is a Senior Human Resource and Certified Diversity Professional, a contributing writer for
the National Diversity Council, an educator and mentor on customer-driven product
management and a public speaker.
When Sarah is not focused on Passport’s mission, you can find her running a social
enterprise that mixes folks with music and movement for mental health, or backpacking on
one of the world's great trails.
Passport’s value of “People First” resonates with Sarah most because “good software is
client-centric. Knowing the municipalities we serve and what they need to be livable and
equitable communities is at the heart of Passport.”
