Rahul is the lead partner for Smart Infrastructure and the Global Lead for Transformation of Transportation and Logistics in PWC. Rahul bridges telecommunications, media, and technology with capital projects and infrastructure capabilities. With PwC projects spanning the US, Middle East, Caucasus, Asia, and Europe, Rahul and his team represent one aspect of the commitment PWC makes to address some of society’s hardest challenges.
For the past 28 years Rahul has been engaged with the public and private sectors to advance application of technologies, integration of safety and security, adoption of cyber security, and innovation in products that benefit the well-being of our society. He served in the federal government for 15 years with the House and the Senate in a variety of roles, the GAO, the Agency, and with several independent and congressional commissions. His government portfolio included critical infrastructure, intelligence, telecommunications, homeland, and information assurance. For the last 13 years he has been advising Fortune 500 companies as well as government leaders on transformation and change management on transportation issues, smart infrastructure and cities, command and control, resilience, and integration of internet of things in decision making, providing quality of life to citizens, and understanding the disruptive business models for providing innovative services.
Rahul is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, the University of Chicago, and has pursued his passion for learning with the National Defense University, Carnegie Mellon, the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Rahul and his wife, Stephanie, live in Vienna VA, and are proud parents of a very accomplished 19 year old son.
