Vince is a pioneer and 35-year veteran in the wireless and fiber fed DAS industry, who has been responsible for the design, engineering, implementation and operation of some of the most technologically advanced networks deployed throughout the US and is broadly considered to be one of North America’s leading subject matter experts on fiber network deployment, wireless network architectures, outdoor DAS, microcellular and small cell network technology, deployment solutions,  regulatory and legislative affairs.  

Prior to forming Neo Networks, Vince held executive and leadership roles with two highly successful technology start-ups including roles as North American VP of Network Planning and Development and US VP of Network Engineering, Implementation and Operations for ExteNet Systems Inc., National Director of Network Implementation and Operations with NextG Networks  held executive operations and leadership roles with several wireless carriers including Metricom and Paging Network Inc.
