Ryan Klem currently serves as Director of Programs and Partnerships at the Toyota Mobility Foundation, which was established to advance the freedom of mobility for more people everywhere. He leads teams working on system level mobility as well as improving overall access for vulnerable populations.
Concurrently, he serves in an executive capacity for Toyota Motor North America’s Sustainability and ESG Management efforts and as Executive Advisor to Toyota’s Way Forward Fund. The two roles focus on enterprise alignment on a wide array of issues from Carbon Neutrality to Supply Chain and guidance on how to best improve mobility access, seed technology innovations and formulate partnerships, respectively.
Klem has spent the last two decades working for Toyota in both North America and Japan in positions spanning IT, Human Resources, Corporate Planning, and Manufacturing.
Klem holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Information Systems and Human Resource Management and a Master’s in Business Administration.
