Darrin served two Terms (2010/11-President Obama) and (2009/10-President Bush) for the Department of Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee administered by NTIA and was Chairperson of the Wireless Spectrum Transparency Subcommittee, advising the White House (POTUS) on Spectrum and Broadband Policy. Darrin hold 17 patents and was the creator of the Canter Spectrum exchange, the first spectrum management and trading platform which has become the foundation for the FCC CBRS spectrum policy.
