Scott Lowry, P.E. has 12 years' experience as a transportation engineer at HNTB. Scott led the development, tracking, and reporting of more than 160 key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Smart Columbus Electrification Program. These ranged from grid resilience and decarbonization activities to consumer, public and fleet Electric Vehicle (EV) adoption, as well as charging infrastructure activities. In addition to the Electrification Program, Scott also developed performance measures for the U.S. Department of Transportation grant portion of Smart Columbus to quantity results of initiatives such as the Multimodal Trip Planning Application and the Event Parking Management Application.
