Ms. Willis joined the City of Dublin in 2001, with duties ranging from Capital Improvement Project planning, design, and construction through becoming Director of the Division of Transportation and Mobility.
Jeannie provides overall leadership, direction, guidance, and management of the accredited Division of Transportation and Mobility team, which provides professional and technical expertise to guide the development and implementation of multimodal, innovative, and smart transportation strategies and systems to support our residents and workforce. She leads the planning, programming, design, plan preparation and construction of public transportation and mobility infrastructure including streets, intersections, sidewalks, shared use paths, traffic control devices, and street lighting to ensure a multimodal transportation system that is efficient, safe, and of high quality. Also included in her responsibilities is short range planning and design and project management to long range planning of major transportation and mobility projects. She is also responsible for the coordination, installation and operations of connected vehicle infrastructure in Dublin.
