She leads the City of Charlotte’s strategy to deliver investments that close the digital divide and build civic innovation. She leverages the Smart Cities program of putting data to work through technology and innovative approaches to achieve community goals and advance digital inclusion. She has authored the “5 Tactics of the Co-Created Smart City” for the Knight Foundation and City of Charlotte as a reference for connecting technology initiatives and community.
