SYNEXXUSMr. Gregory Glaros is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of SYNEXXUS, Inc., an Industrial Internet of Things, Smart Cities and Smart Grid market leader headquartered in Virginia. SYNEXXUS is an electronic hardware, integrated software and total systems engineering Company. Our product lines span from quantitative data analytics of complex systems to the design and manufacturing of military-grade data distribution systems, cyber- secure information assurance architectures, and engineered software solutions. Our many solutions are embedded in armored vehicles, watercraft, power grid substations, cityscapes, and underground and
open-pit mining operations. SYNEXXUS’ clients range from the Department of Defense (DoD) and Foreign Militaries, to the Energy Sector, Municipalities and Industrial partners.
As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, SYNEXXUS is blessed by twelve years of growth. SYNEXXUS’ field operations and system installations span from North America to the Middle East. SYNEXXUS is a privately held; employee owned company, with the majority of its talented workforce educated in advanced engineering degrees or on the front lines as Military Veterans.
Before founding SYNEXXUS, Mr. Gregory Glaros served for twenty years in the U.S. Navy as a Strike/Fighter Pilot and qualified Surface Warfare Officer. As a Naval Officer, Mr. Glaros commanded and lead combat seasoned officers and sailors in four operational combat tours during Desert Shield / Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq.
He is a 1986 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Aerospace Engineering, received Space System and Electrical Engineering Master of Science degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School, attended the Naval War College and was an Airwing Strike Leader graduate of the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center “Top Gun”. He currently serves as a member of the U.S. Naval Institute Foundation Board of Trustees and as a Trustee of the Naval Academy Athletic and Scholarship Foundation.
SYNEXXUS is an active promoter of S.T.E.M. and Engineering Capstone programs throughout the U.S. and is an accredited Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 Company.
